After the conquest, Joshua divides the land among the twelve tribes, establishing cities of refuge and ensuring every tribe receives their inheritance. In his farewell speech, Joshua warns Israel to remain faithful to God and avoid idolatry, declaring, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” The book closes with Israel renewing their covenant with God, a reminder that obedience leads to blessing, while disobedience brings consequences. Joshua’s story is ultimately one of God’s faithfulness, leadership, and the importance of trusting in His promises.
